A member of my family had an aptitude in finding real estate/development opportunities. They found a duplex in the North Austin University area was zoned for commercial development around the time I was to graduate high school.

IDEA: Partner for a future 4-plex

PLAN: Live in one unit while attending school and manage the other unit. They would act as landlord.  When the time was right, effect the idea.
