 • Co-designed the IT restructure of a 3-year, $600M cost-savings roadmap for a $6B global security software company’s transformation group, leading sales-lifecycle VP workshops. 

• Coordinated a top telecom’s UI/UX revamp (customer, enterprise, in-store rep) between IT and product design groups. Scheduled and landed deliverables, while translating IT limitations against designers’ asks. Improved and created intergroup processes. Prepared executive readouts. 

• Represented a partnership between Accenture and a global SW leader at a top telecom innovation center. Led collaboration to identify novel technologies for the telecom’s consumer and enterprise segments. 

• Partnered with Accenture Development Partners (non-profit arm) to work with a 30+member NGO consortium chartered to develop sharable technology platforms and processes. 

• Created a computational model For a global virtualization SW company that integrated costs across its sales lifecycle considering geography, direct and indirect sales channels, customer segments and product/service categories. 

Property Redevelopment Partner: Operations & Finance Lead (Stand-In Architect and General Contractor) - Austin, TX 

• CxO Roles/Stand-In Architect - Hired an architect, ensured design-value optimization, prospected with appraisers and secured optimal financing. Assumed architect role upon his filing for bankruptcy: Interfaced with city planners, contractors, and engineers. 

• Stand-In General Contractor - After number of missteps assumed GC role . Attained final permits for electrical, mechanical, plumbing. 

• Managed property and prepared for future commercial development 

SMART Technologies / SMARTNAP / IXC / Cincinnati Bell / Broadwing Communications / Level 3 – Austin, TX

• Operations Manager: Network Operation Control (NOC) environment positions: Led and coordinated response for service disruption. Installed and maintained carrier-class Cisco and Juniper router and switch equipment. During company acquisitions, led the merging effort to assimilate network-control functionality and oversaw cross-training requirements. Designed response protocols.
